Equipment Overview:

Using an advanced combined high-speed copper plating production line for welding wire, we utilize self-produced ER50-6 wire as raw material. The process involves mechanical shelling and abrasive cloth belts as substitutes for acid pickling, a specially formulated drawing powder replacing the boron coating process, and a new high-speed electrolytic copper plating technology replacing the traditional acid copper plating process. The entire system achieves closed-loop fully automatic control, featuring high environmental standards, high production efficiency, and a high level of automation.

Currently, there are 25 automated welding wire production lines, with an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of copper-plated welding wire. These lines can produce various types and specifications of products, including CO2 gas-shielded welding wire, submerged arc welding wire, and argon arc welding wire.

These products are widely used in fields such as energy, automobile manufacturing, building steel structures, shipbuilding, bridge construction, pressure vessels, and more.
