I. Application Range of Pipe Clamps

Lightweight Series Pipe Clamps:

Application: Suitable for general mechanical pressure pipes in 6 size series.
Pipe Outer Diameter Range: 6mm to 57mm.

Double-Union Series Pipe Clamps:

Application: Specifically designed for mechanical pressure pipes in 5 size series.
Pipe Outer Diameter Range: 6mm to 42mm.

Heavy-Duty Series Pipe Clamps:

Application: Designed for pipes that endure high mechanical pressure, covering 8 size series.
Pipe Outer Diameter Range: 8mm to 273mm.

II. Installation Procedure of Pipe Clamps

Assembly on Welded Plates:

Before assembly, it is recommended to make marks at the fixed location to better determine the orientation of the clamp. Then, weld the base plate, embed the lower half of the pipe clamp body, and place the pipe that needs to be fixed.

Next, place the other half of the pipe clamp body and the cover plate, and tighten with screws. Avoid directly welding the base plate with the pipe clamp already installed.

Mounting on Ground Rails:

The rails can be welded onto the foundation or fixed with screws. Then, push the rail nuts into the rail and rotate them 90 degrees. Embed the lower half of the pipe clamp body into the nut, and place the pipe that needs to be fixed.

Next, place the upper half of the pipe clamp body and the cover plate, and secure with screws.

Stacked Assembly:

The rails can be welded onto the foundation or fixed with screws. First, install the lower half of the pipe clamp body, place the pipe that needs to be fixed, and then place the upper half of the pipe clamp body. Secure with screws. Use an anti-loosening cover plate to prevent the pipe clamp from rotating.

Then, install the second pipe clamp using the same method.

III. Assembly of Elbow Pipes

When assembling elbow pipes, it is recommended to secure them directly at the front and rear of the elbow using Yongsheng pipe clamps. These support points should ideally be fixed positions to ensure stability and proper alignment of the elbow pipe. By doing so, the elbow pipe is securely held in place, minimizing movement and potential damage during operation.
