Equipment Overview:

Designed for furnace front areas with limited ground space, this machine incorporates a hydraulic system, an electrical control system, and functionalities for hole opening, plugging, and reaming into one unit. Installation involves setting up the track and connecting the power supply.

Its most distinctive feature is its airborne operation, which maximizes spatial utilization and is especially suited for tight spaces in front of furnaces. The machine operates along a circular rail, allowing for operation at any circumferential position of the furnace body when opening or plugging is required.

Rock Drills for Hole Opening

Options include pneumatic rock drills, hydraulic rock drills, and pneumatic-hydraulic combined rock drills.

Control Methods

The machine can be controlled remotely via wireless remote control or by wired manual control.
